Green Restaurant Dining With our wallets being tight these days, it is justifiable to be a bit choosy as to where and what to eat.  Lime  posted an article concerning the decisions we make when selecting an eco-responsible restaurant.   “…with restaurants, being green goes beyond the food they serve — restaurants can, and should, be conservative with energy usage, use eco-responsible construction methods, and treat their staff fairly.
